There are strike marks on coin edge and just inside edge. The reverse features an off-center strike with double die. Doubling is visible in BOMBAY HOOK, DELAWARE, PLURIBUS, and the date. The heron's outline is doubled and the coin's edge has strike mark. There are strike through errors between "O & M" of BOMBAY, and behind "PLURI" of PLURIBUS.
