This coin features an off-center strike and double die obverse. Slight doubling is visible in some lettering with the strongest doubling visible in Jefferson’s facial profile. There are strike through errors present in Jefferson’s nose and chin. The “P” mint mark is doubled and solid. The reverse side features double die that is visible in lower letters as well as the memorial outline. The coin rim has second strike and also appears to have a third.
