The outer rim has strike mark on right side. The reverse features double die with strikethroughs. Doubling is visible in upper letters & date, stars, and instruments. There are three strikethrough errors on "Musical Heritage" banner and one on the "E" of E Pluribus Unum that extends to the coin rim.
